Access to Information Application - Informal (GIPA)

Use this form to lodge an informal application for Government Information under the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009. 

An informal request can be made to access information that is not otherwise made readily available by Council, such as information that is not listed on the proactive release of information register.

Step 2.Visit our offices

Visit our Civic Centre between 8.30am and 4.30pm weekdays to finalise your request.
